Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room IVA and service included.
Credit card details are required as guarantee of your reservation, payment will be done within 5 days of your arrival, you'll pay in advance only if a prepaid not refundable rate will be choosen.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill .

Arrival/Departure:

SELF CHECK-IN : before your arrival you will be given the code number to access your room.

On the arrival day rooms will be ready for occupancy from 03.00 p.m.
On the departure day you'll be able to use the room until 11.00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail.
  You'll be able to modify or cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the total amount of reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
